摘要
有些建筑物在建造或使用过程中,发生倾斜甚至破损,其原因多为岩土工程勘察、建筑物设计、施工过程中有错误或者使用不当等。本文较全面地介绍了纠倾技术的新成果,如浸水纠倾法、辐射井法、锚杆静压桩纠倾法、顶升纠倾法、应力解除法、淤泥触变纠倾法、桩身卸荷法、降水法、静力压人桩纠倾法,为纠倾工程的设计、施工提供了有价值的资料和方法。
Generally speaking, There are sometimes undesirable deviations or even damages occuring during building's construetion or operation. This mishap of peril is due essentially to either of its improper geological engineering investigation, incompetent design, inadequale construction or inappropriate operation etc. In this article, a comprehensive InTroduction of tile new deviation rectifying technology of buildings has been demonstrated, namely: the rectification of building's deviation (1 ) by water intruding method, (2) by stress eliminating method, (3)by slit modification method, (1)by pile loading reduction method, (5)by dewatering method, and (6)by static pile pressing method etc. All of these methods have been proved of goodresults and high efficiency.
