摘要 对一种新研制的泡沫酸进行了缓速性能、分流性能、返排性能的动态评价.结果表明,这种泡沫酸在温度120℃、矿化度16×104mg/L及含油10%~30%条件下具有以下特性:①在相同反应条件下,2h之内的溶蚀率明显低于对比酸液,具有良好的缓速性能;②对高渗透率岩心表现出暂堵作用,使后继酸液进入中低渗透岩心,压力平衡后,高低渗透率岩心同步进酸,显示出了较好的分流性能;③返排率随渗透率的增加而增加,3个试验样品的返排率都大于78%,比常规酸液要高的多,说明该泡沫酸具有良好的返排性能. A dynamic evaluation is conducted on the characters of retarding, diffluence and flowback for a newly developed foamed acid. The result shows that under the conditions that temperature is 120℃, salinity is 16×10~4 mg/L and oiliness is 10% to 30%, the foamed acid has the characteristics including:①under the same reacting condition, it has a good retarding performance, its dissolution rate is obvious lower than that of the contrasted acid within 2 hours; ②it presents temporary plugging effect on high permeability cores, it indicates better diffluence performance, as consequent acid enters into the middle-low permeability cores, after its pressure is balanced, acid enters into the high permeability core synchronously with the low permeability one; ③flowback rate increases with the going up of permeability, the flowback rate of 3 samples is over 78%, which is much higher than that of conventional acid. It indicates that the foamed acid has good flowback performance.
