基于人格结构理论的在线讨论质量评价之研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究运用人格结构特征理论对在线讨论中的一些质量问题进行了分析和研究,从而发现学习者人格结构特征在远程学习中所产生的作用,并描述了提高在线讨论质量应注重的方面:创设和谐友好的氛围,使学习者获得精神归属感;创设沟通交流的环境,使学习者将主观需求与客观现实相协调;创设在线讨论行为规范,使学习者产生自我约束意识。本研究希望能为在线讨论质量评价提供一种新的视角。 According to the theory of personality structure, we analyzed some of quality problems on online discussion, and found that the learner's personality structure will affect him or her in distance education. Based on this,we pointed out how to improve the quality of online discussion. Firstly, in order to get the spirit adscription for learner, there should be a friendly atmosphere. Secondly, in order to assort with subjective requirement and impersonal realization for learner, there should be a communication environment. At last, in order to cultivate the consciousness of self-restrict for learner, there should be the action criterions on online discussion. Research provides a new angle of view for quality assessment on online discussion.
