摘要
高等教育改革使高校获得了更多的办学自主权,同时也面临着日益增多的财务风险。分析高校潜在的财务风险并采取相应的防范措施,就十分重要。
Colleges and Universities have got a lot of autonomy in higher education reform and are faced with more and more financial risks. It is very important to analyse the potential financial risks and take corresponding preventive measures.
