摘要
在现浇钢筋混凝土筒壁(等截面或变截面)结构中采用附着式三角架倒模施工技术,利用已浇混凝土作为承重骨架,承受待浇混凝土自重,利用对拉螺栓承受施工荷载,用附着式三角架固定钢模、支撑操作平台和悬吊挂架,承受施工荷载,模板相互利用倒替上升;利用原有建筑物作为主桅杆,采用无桅杆吊装施工技术,完成了一些吊装设备不能胜任的吊装工作。本文结合水泥厂工程实践叙述了上述技术的应用情况。
The inversive construction technology with an attached triangular frame could be adopted forthe construction of an equal section or a variable section cast-in-site R.C.tube project.This method wasdone by making use of the just,then finished R.C.tube as its self-supporting frame to support the selfweight of the pouring concrete,and simultaneously,by making uSe of the tensile bolt to support the construction load.While at the same time,the attached triangular frame was used to fix up the steel form,tosupport the service platform and the suspended scaffolding.Thus,an alternate self-supporting and lifting operational procedure was completed successively.It is to be noted that the adoption of an original structuralmember as the key mast crane would surely save a lot of trouble and pay to do so.In this article,the aforementioned technology had been demonstrated with the application of a self-supporting construction system
