小口径钢筋混凝土支筒无井架液压滑升技术

摘要 小口径钢筋混凝土无井架液压滑升施工的结构形式为8平行钢桁架辐射梁及槽钢承力架组成交汇中间一点的滑升结构操作平台。平台上部采用支承随升三角架,下部悬挂螺旋布筋盘,内外模板支撑及外壁抹压面挂架,解决了垂直运输、箍筋绑扎及施工的困难,宜宾五粮液酒厂300t倒锥水塔采用上述方法施工,质量优良,取得良好效果。 A hydro-lifting and sliding formwork method for the construction of the small diameter R.C.tube project is summarized as follows.The hydro-lifting and sliding service platform is composed of & parallel-chord steel trusses as the radial beams and the steel channel beams as the supporting frames being centrally concentrated at a center point.Thus,on the service platform's upper side are the triangular frame supports being used for lifting,while at its lower side is hung underneath with the spiral reinforcement mountingplate.In additinon, there are the inside and outside plastering equipments and the internal and external formwork strutting equipments to help solving the vertical transportation work and the bar binding work as wellas a variety of construction difficulties.The above mentioned method has been applied for the construction ofa 300t inverted conical tank water tower project of the Yibin Wuliangye Brewery. This project has been constrcted of a fine aualitv and with a good resulf.
