Current state of the study on the technology of precision forging spur gear

直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形是一种高精度的复杂成形工艺。在分析该工艺的研究现状、成形过程中精度和质量的控制、模具结构特点及对成形过程的影响基础上,讨论了直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形的发展方向,提出了采用温锻与开式冷挤压相结合的直齿圆柱齿轮精锻成形的新工艺。

Precision forging of spur gear is an important process used for manufacturing complex high-quality components. In this paper, it was discussed the current state of precision forging spur gear. The technology of precision forging of spur gear were classified, the mastering precision and quality, the molding characteristic in course of molding and die design were analyzed. On the basis of these discuss, the developmental direction of precision forging spur gear was discussed. A new project technics of warm-forging and open-die extrusion was raised.
