摘要
从机械制造技术、教育与科研等方面,分析与探讨了中国由制造大国转变为制造强国的途径与措施,指出拥有自主知识产权的技术创新是强国的必由之路。
In order to build China into a modem manufacturing powerful country, this paper analyzed and explored several ways and measures from the viewpoints of manufacturing technologies, manufacturing education and researches. It is pointed out that the only way for building manufacturing power is dependent upon the technological innovation with authorized intelligence property of China.
