基于线性聚类算法的轴承钢硬度涡流检测虚拟系统的设计

摘要 针对轴承钢硬度的要求,提出了一种对电磁检测中的信号进行分类处理的简便方法,得出了一种简单实用的无IR区的线性分类规则,在此基础上利用C++Bu ilder设计了轴承钢硬度虚拟检测系统。 In this paper, the authors put forward a method of signal processing of eddy current testing and a simple and applied Non-IR linear clustering arithmetic. The virtual computer system of testing bearing steel rigidity is designed by C++Builder.
