深圳地王商业大厦钢筋混凝土结构工程施工技术

摘要 深圳地王大厦高78层,屋面高度325m,是目前我国最高的建筑物。本文详细介绍其结构工程的施工技术,包括地下室半道作法施工技术、核心筒墙体液压爬升模板施工技术、钢柱内混凝土浇筑技术和压型钢板组合楼板施工技术。由于施工手段先进,组织科学严密,有效地缩短了总工期。 The Shenzhen Diwang Commercial Mansion has been currently the highest building in our country with 78-storeys overall. In this article. a comprehensive detailed description of its construction tachnology is provided including those key technology items namely: (1) the semi-reversible constructionInethod for its basement, (2) the hydraulic climbing formwork method for its core-wall construction, (3) the concrete pouting method for its steel columns and (4) the rolled steel plate formwork method for its permanent composite floor system construction. etc. Owing to the appropriate adoption of advanced construction technology and the rigorous well-organized management, this big project has been fully completed ahead ofschedule.
