摘要
现代生物技术是20世纪70年代初在分子生物学、生物化学、微生物学、细胞生物学和电子计算机基础上形成的综合性技术,包括基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程和发酵工程等4个方面。讨论了现代生物技术在食品工业中的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Modern biological technology is a kind of comprehensive technology which formed in basis of molecular biology, biochemistry, micro- biology, cell- biology and computer technology in 1970' s. It includs genetic engineering, cell engendering, enzyme engineering and fermenting engineering etc. The article discussed the using and looks forward to the future of modern biological technology in food industry.
