摘要
近几年来普通建筑石膏板应用日益增多,但也存在一些问题。为解决耐水性差和强度低的问题,采用掺入多种无机硅酸盐粉料的方法,使性能大有改善。根据当前石膏隔墙板工艺中存在的问题,提出并实现了提模叠层生产的新工艺,具有生产效率高、占地面积小等特点。采用陶粒或膨胀珍珠岩芯板作夹芯材料制成实心或复合隔墙板,大大提高了隔声性能。另外,由于采用了性能良好的高强粘结剂,避免了接缝的开裂问题。
The application of the ordinary gypsum partition board has been increasingly carried out dayby day; yet there are still some pending problems to be solved. In order to improve its water resistance andincrease its building strength, the adoption of the multi-inorganic silicate powder method has been found ofhighly effective. In view of the current problems occured in the construction technology of gypsum partitionboard. it has introduced and put into practice the new production technology of a multi-ply liftform processwhich has been actually proved of high productivity and less manufacturing area space. The compositegypsum partition board has been produced by addition of expanded pearlits as its core--ply and thus improvedits acoustic insulation treatment considerably. Moreover. the adoption of the fine quality and high strengthglue-bond for manufactre of gypsum partition board has solved considerbly the crack's occurance at its
