摘要 目的:研究E-cad和β-cat在乳腺癌中的异常表达与病理分型、临床分期间关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测98例乳腺癌、34例乳腺活检中呈无癌组织中E-cad和β-cat中的表达情况。结果:E-cad和β-cat在乳腺癌病例中异常表达显著高于正常乳腺组织,P<0.01。E-cad和β-cat在淋巴结已转移的乳腺癌中的异常表达率显著高于未转移乳腺癌P<0.05,都存在着统计学意义。在病理分型中的异常表达差异无显著性。结论:E-cad和β-cat的表达情况可作为判断乳腺癌的生物学行为和预后的重要指标。 Objective To study the expression and significance of E cadherin and β-catenin in breast carcinoma.Methods The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin was studied by immunohistochemical technique (S-P method)in 98 cases of breast carcinoma and 34 cases of normal breast tissue. Results The abnormal expression rate of E-cadherin and β-catenin in breast carcinoma was significant higher than that of normal breast tissue (P〈0.01). E-cadherin and β-catenin abnormal expression rate of breast carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significant higher than that of breast carcinoma without lymph node metastasis (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin can be regarded as valuable indicators for evaluating biological behavior and the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
