活血解毒汤配枸杞鸡、鲜果菜汁治疗慢性乙型肝炎34例

Thirty-four Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Huoxue Jiedu Decoction together with Gouqi Chicken and Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice

目的:观察活血解毒汤配食疗方枸杞鸡、鲜果菜汁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:对34例慢肝病人,在接受治疗前及治疗6月后分别抽取4份血清观测其肝功能、血清蛋白、肝纤维化指标及HBV-DNA乙肝病毒指标。结果:显效率29.41%,有效率91.18%;肝功能指标也明显改善。结论:活血解毒汤配合枸杞鸡、鲜果菜汁治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction together with Gouqi Chicken and fresh fruit and vegetable juice in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods; Four sets of blood serum of 34 cases with hepatitic B were chosen respectively before the treatment and six months after the treatment to observe liver function, blood serum protein, liver fibrosis index and the negative change of HBV-DNA, and hepatitis B virus index, Result：The effectual rate was 29.41% and the effective rate was 91.18%, The liver function had an evident improvement. Conclusion ：Huoxue Jiedu Decoction together with Gouqi chicken and fresh fruit and vegetable juice has a satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating chronic hepatitis B.
