固相萃取-GC法测定水样中马拉硫磷残留 被引量:4

摘要 采用C18小柱萃取水样中的马拉硫磷,以毛细管柱气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定,检测限为0.12μg/L,并试验了固相萃取步骤中样品流量和洗脱剂对回收率的影响。结果表明,样品流量为6mL/min,以二氯甲烷为洗脱剂时,回收率较好。同时对蒸馏水、地下水和河水中添加测定,其平均回收率在79.0%~109.2%之间。 Malathion was extracted by C18 solid-phase columns and detected by gas chromatography with FID detector. The detection limit was 0.12μg/L. The flow rate of sample and the sorts of elute solvent were optimized. The results showed that the optimum flow rate of sample was 6 mL/min and the best elute solvent was dichloromethane. The recovery is 79.0%-109.2% by spiked malathion in distilled water, underground water and river water.
