摘要
用(2S,3S)-(-)-酒石酸于水中拆分消旋1-氨基-2-丙醇,然后用强酸性阳离子树脂分离,得到核苷类药物合成中间体(R)-(-)-1-氨基-2-丙醇,收率66.6%,拆分剂可直接回收利用。
Racemic 1-amino-2-propanol was resolved with use of (2S, 3S)- (-)-tartaric acid, and (R) -(-) -1-amino-2-propanol was separated from the diastereoisomeric salt by strong acid cation exchange resin in 66.6 % yield. (2S,3S) - (-) -Tartaric acid could be reused in a subsequert resolution step.
