摘要
测定不同温度下红参提取液中加入不同量的活性炭吸附前后的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其中的14个人参皂苷进行比较分析。结果表明活性炭对人参皂苷的吸附作用随加入量增加、温度升高而增强,但对不同皂苷的作用差异很大。
Different amounts of charcoal were added into the red ginseng extract solution at different temperatures and the ginsenosides in the solutions were analyzed by HPLC. The HPLC fingerprints were obtained and chromatographic peak area variations of 14 ginsenosides were calculated. The analysis results indicated that the adsorption effect of charcoal on ginsenosides was enhanced when the amount of charcoal and the temperature increased, but the effects on different ginsenosides were discrepant.
