摘要
如何理解当今网络时代信息社会性的新含义,是当今信息研究人员应该解决的一个基础问题,只有理解了这个基础问题,信息才能更好地为社会大众服务。本文试论述网络时代信息社会性的普泛化问题。
How understand the new signification of network era information sociality nowadays, is a basic problem that information researcher must done with, if we understand the basic problem, information will serve the society commonalty better. Some problems about information society under the network environment are discussed in this paper.
