Influence of Different Stromata on the Cuttage Propgation of Semi-ripe Rose Branches

研究了5种不同基质对月季半成熟枝条扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:不同基质扦插成活率不同,以蛭石最好;不同基质月季扦插苗的生长速度、生根数、根长、根粗等有差异,以蛭石和珍珠岩最好;不同基质扦插苗叶绿素、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量等生理指标,以蛭石和珍珠岩较好。由此可见,选用蛭石和珍珠岩作基质,扦插效果最好。

In the cuttage of semi-ripe rose branches,five stromata were adopted in order to study their influence on the growth of the branches. The experiment showed that vermiculite can ensure the highest survival rate, and that vermiculite and pearlite can produce the most positive effects on the growth speed of the rose, the number, length and thickneas of the root. The tested content of chlorophyll, soluble sugan and proline showed that vermiculite and pearlite can be the first selected stromata, From the experiment, a conclusion was that vermiculite and pearlite influenced the cottage propgation of roses more significantly.
