摘要
测定了堆肥、蘑菇料、菜园土和野生栖息土的有机质含量、比重及pH值;选用有代表性的人工配制饲养基质,观察其对地鳖虫完成1代所产生的影响;并且观察比较了地鳖虫对不同饲养基质的趋性。结果表明,有机质含量:堆肥>蘑菇料>野生栖息土>菜园土,比重:菜园土>蘑菇料>野生栖息土>堆肥,pH值:野生栖息土>堆肥>菜园土>蘑菇料;堆肥处理在存活率、单体重和产卵数等方面比其他2种人工饲养基质高;地鳖虫对蘑菇料的趋性大于其他3种饲养基质。
In this paper, organic content, proportion and pH of compost, mushroom culture, garden dust and wildness inhabiting dust were set out. In order to study the effect of different breeding dusts on the growth and development of Eupolyphage sinensis Walker, compost, mushroom culture and garden dust were bred. It was observed that E. sinensis Walker had tropism to different breeding dusts. The results showed that organic content: compost〉 mushroom culture 〉 wildness inhabiting dust 〉 garden dust, proportion: garden dust 〉 mushroom culture 〉 wildness inhabiting dust 〉 compost:wildness inhabiting dust 〉 compost 〉 garden dust 〉 mushroom culture. Compest was superior to mushroom culture and garden dust in growth and develop of E. sinensis Walker, but E. sinensis Walker liked to inhabit the mushroom culture.
