Paying Great Attention to the Poor Farmer

我国农村扶贫工作取得了巨大的成绩,但是农村低收入人口,即准绝对贫困人口数目庞大,这应成为我国扶贫工作的重中之重。分析了2003年农村绝对贫困人口反弹的原因,指出了目前存在再次反弹的危险,提出了具体对策。

The great achievement in the alleivation of poorest farmers has been made in China. The number of the poorer farmers, however, is too large. In this essay the reasons for the increment of the amount of the poorest farmers in 2003 were analyzed and the danger of increasing poorest farmers and its countermeasures were put forward.
