摘要 Mercurous chloride catalyzed Mannich condensation of terminal alkynes with secondary amines and aldehydes has been developed. The reaction generated β-aminoalkynes in good yields. Mercurous chloride catalyzed Mannich condensation of terminal alkynes with secondary amines and aldehydes has been developed. The reaction generated β-aminoalkynes in good yields.
