摘要
规范经营性用地供应,有利于国有土地资产保值增值、优化投资环境、加快经济健康、持续发展。在简述了经营性用地供应的法律、法规、政策演变后,分析了部分地方经营性用地供应存在的问题,并结合实际提出了若干相应的对策建议。
Regulation of the supply of profit-oriented land is beneficial to the increment of the state-owned land, to the promotion of the investment environment, and to the healthy and sustainable development of economy. This paper points out problems in such land use after summarizes the evolvement of the relevant laws, rules and policies. Finally, several suggestions are offered on the basis of the present situation.
