摘要
目的为配合全国即将开展的全科医师岗位培训评估工作,我们在国家卫生部《全科医师岗位培训大纲》基础上,结合浙江省全科医师岗位培训开展的实际情况和特点,研究设计了《全科医师岗位培训评估指标体系》。该评估指标体系的评估指标分为二级,其中一级指标为组织管理、培训条件、培训状态、培训效果、特色与创新性;二级指标17项。评估要素47项,重要要素10项。
In order to cooperate with assessing general practitioners(GPS) training, which will come about in whole country, we have designed the index system of GPS training assessment, based on the outline of GPS training which promulgated by Ministry of Health P. R. China and the feature of GPS training in Zhejiang Province. The assessment indices were divided into two grades. The first grade index includes organizing & managing, training conditions, training status, training effect, features & innovations.
