The paper rechecks the stress situation of arch dam under working conditions in Lanxi Dashakou reservoir. Through the comparison ot linearanalysis dam stress （considering influence of fissure） and non-linear analysis dam stress （considering influence of fussure）,the paper analyses the cause of dam fissure, discusses the influence of fissure in arch dam bottom tothe security of arch dam operation,puts forward the measures of fissure treatment.
