摘要 本文提出基于流域尺度系统综合防治城市水污染的社会经济和生态恢复技术体系。 The paper puts forward the technical system of socio-economical and ecological recover for comprehensive cure of city water pollution based on watershed scale, introduces the measures of ecological recover for water pollution cure including river ecology recover, marsh wastewater treatment and water ecology repair.
