摘要 在日益一体化的世界经济中,跨国公司已经成为现代国际经济活动的主体,成为企业规模、技术、质量、信誉、活力的象征和企业发展成就的代名词。支撑这一切的背后,是一种独特的力量———核心竞争力。日本、美国等发达国家的一些知名跨国企业已成功的构造和实施了企业核心竞争能力,使这些企业在国际市场上获得了长久竞争优势。而目前我国企业对核心竞争力的认识还处于萌芽状态,严重削弱我国企业的国际竞争力,进一步拉大我国企业与发达国家企业间的差距。本文将从我国企业的实际出发,构筑我国企业核心竞争力的培育模式,为我国企业跨国经营国际竞争力的不断增强和长远发展提供参考。 Multinational corproation has become the principal part in international economic activities in the increasingly incorporated world economy, and it has also become the symbol of the size, technology, quality, credit standing and strength of enterprises as well as the equivalent word of enterprises' development accomplishments. All of these are supported by a unique force the core competitive force. In Japan, USA and some other developed countries, some famous multinational corporations have been diminant in international markets by successfully constructing and implementing the core competitive force. Nawadays, however, Chinese enterprises' understandings of the core competitive force still remain superficial, which severely weakens their competitive ability and widens the gap between Chinese enterprises and the enterprises in developed countries. This paper takes the current situation of China's enterprises into consideration, and constructs the model for fostering the core competitive force of Chinese enterprises,which is valuable for rincreasing the international competitive force of our enterprises.
