摘要
员工持股制度是一种有效的企业激励机制。在我国,要发挥员工持股制度的功能和作用,必须坚持国外经验与国内创新相结合、员工持股制度与员工参与公司管理相结合、员工持股制度与政策扶持相结合、员工持股制度与经济体制改革相结合。
The Employee Stock Ownership Plan(ESOP) is an effective incentive system of the enterprise. In China, to make full use of the function of the ESOP,we must adhere to the combination of the overseas experience and the domestic innovation, furthermore, the ESOP should combine with the Employee participation in the management of the enterprise, the support of policy, and the economic system reform.
