Transmission and Exploitation of Tujia Primitive Ecological Dietetic Culture in Western Hubei

在经济全球化和进行西部大开发的今天,原生态文化受到强烈的冲击,有的有所改变,有的荡然无存。然而,在湖北西部清江流域生活的土家族,由于其相对闭塞的自然环境,使之保存了丰富的原生态文化资源,其中又以饮食文化最具特色,本文对此作了全面的探讨和清理,并提出加强保护和开发这种独特而又丰厚的文化资源,以维护文化的多样性。

Nowadays,with the economic globdization and western area development,primitive ecological culture has suffered from great conflicts, some changed,while some disappeared. However, because of relatively close natural enviroment,Tujia Nationality, Viving Qing Jiang area in western Hubei ,has presered rich primitive ecological cuhune,of which the most important is the peculiar dietetic culture. The present paper has made a general l discussion and settlement, holding a view that we must strengthen to protect and exploit the unigue and rich cultural resources to ensure the diversity of culture.
