职业培训体系是各类培训所构成的整体,发展与完善职业培训体系是一项紧迫的任务.当前,影响职业培训体系的因素有政府的态度、人才市场的需求、法制规范及经费保障、社会依托等.要切实促进职业培训的发展,需要加强政府的支持,制定相应的法规,加大经费的投入,并重视政府、社会、企业和培训机构四者的联合.

Vocational training system is an integrated body which comprises all kinds of training. It is very urgent to develop and perfect vocational training system. Currently, factors which influence vocational training system involve the attitude of government, the demand of labor market, legal system, the investment, and social dependence etc. To guarantee vocational training system stably ,we should enhance the governmental support ,establish the relevant laws, increase the investment and attach importance to the combination of government, society, enterprises and training institutions.
