摘要 职业院校"双师型"教师的研究现在正处于见仁见智的阶段.从概念来说,有"双证"说、"双能(双素质)"说、"叠加"说、"双职称"说、"双层次"说和"特定"说;从标准来说,有行政标准、院校标准和学者标准;从培养模式来说,有院校培养模式、企业嫁接模式、校本培训模式和自我生成模式;从管理来说,分个人、学校、国家三个层次;从发展趋势来说,有"三师型"和"四师型"之说. The researches on “Dual functional” teachers of vocational schools is still at the stage when different researebers have different opinions. There are diferent definitions such as double certificate, double ability, double professional title, the definition of combination and even a specific definition. There are diferent criteria developed by the government, universities and scholars. There are campus - based, enterprise - based, vocational school - based and self-training cultivating modes. As to management strategy, there are three levels:individuals, schools and the government. And there will be tri-functional and quadri-functional teachers in future.
