我国学校教育全面地推行素质教育。体育教学作为学校体育的重要组成部分,必然是素质教育的主要内容,又是具体实施素质教育的重要方法和手段,具有其他学科不可比拟和替代的作用。从当前素质教育与高校体育课的发展和改革入手,着重分析在全面推进素质教育的今天,我国高校体育教育课应如何培养新世纪的合格大学生。

The quality-oriented education at colleges and uviversities is promoted in China at present.As an important part of school physical edueation,PE teaching is the main part of quality-oriented education and also an important way or means of carrying it out.h is unique or non-replaceable in comparison with other subjects. From the view angle of the development and reform of quality-oriented education and PE course,it has made an analysis of how to cultivate qualified college students of the new century in PE course at colleges and universities of China.
