摘要
中国白酒发展进程中具有代表性的地区有四川的泸州市、宜宾市、成都市(大成都的概念,成温邛地区)、江苏的宿迁市、贵州的仁怀市,这些地区白酒企业的总量比较多,产量比较大,效益比较好。5个地区有国家名酒企业7家,每个地区都有1～2家,具有可比性。泸州市有规模以上企业22家,实现的销售收入7.4亿,每千升白酒2004年的出厂价格3.5万元,瓶酒大平均的卖价是17.84元,比全国白酒瓶酒的卖价翻了一番,在这5个地区中排名第一,具有加快推进白酒工业产业集群化发展的客观基础,是历史上形成的。要在坚持新型工业化发展方向的基础上,提升泸州白酒工业的整体水平,发挥泸州酿酒工业的人才和技术优势,打造“泸州酒业集中发展区”,提升泸州市白酒产品的总体质量水平,促进区域经济的健康发展,进一步推动白酒工业的集约化、规模化发展。(小雨)
The representative regions in the development progress of China liquor covered Luzhou, Yibin and Chengdu （including Chengdu, Wenjiang and Qionglai） in Sichuan province, Suqian in Jiangsu province, and Renhuai in Guizhou province. There are lots of liquor-making enterprises with large liquor yield and considerable economic benefits in those regions. According to statistical data, there are seven famous liquor-making enterprises in those five regions （1-2 enterprise for each region, which proved their comparability）. Among all the regions, Luzhou is the No. 1 for the following facts： 22 large-scale distilleries there, 0.74 billion RMB sales income achieved, the factory price of per 1,000 liter liquor in 2004 reached 35,000 RMB, and the average price of bottled liquor reached 17.84 RMB/bottle （almost twice as national average bottled liquor price）. In fact, Luzhou has already formed solid base for concentrating development of liquor-making industry. In order to advance further intensive and large-scale development of liquor-making industry in Luzhou and to improve the quality of Luzhou liquor products, “Luzhou liquor-making enterprises concentrating development zone” should be established by orienting to new-type industrialized development and giving full play to its intellectual advantages and technical advantages. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
