摘要
水果蒸馏酒是采用水果为原料,经破碎或压榨取汁、发酵等工序,再经过蒸馏、调配、贮存陈酿而成的蒸馏酒。发展水果蒸馏酒具有资源丰富、可塑性强、成本低、税赋低、产品利润空间大等优势。加强科技创新,以人为本,研制出多品种、多类型的水果蒸馏酒,丰富和提高我国烈性酒产品的结构;加大宣传,引导消费,发展水果蒸馏酒,开拓酿酒行业新局面。
Fruit distillate liquor is produced as follows : fruits as raw materials, then after breaking, juicing and fermentation, and then the juice processed by distillation, blending, and storage and aging. The development of fruit distillate liquor has the advantages such as abundant resources, strong compliance, low production costs and low taxation, and great potential benefit. Strengthening technical innovation and depending on intellectuals is the base for developing multiple fruit distillate liquor products, which could enrich and perfect liquor products structure in China. Besides, extensive products promotion and proper consumption guidance for fruit distillate liquor would surely open up new development stage for wine-making industry. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
