通过对一次OPGW工程施工当中出现的故障的过程回顾和原因分析,得出了施工过程管理松懈、质量控制不规范是导致此次事故的直接原因。文章针对OPGW施工过程中的几个重要环节,特别是盘检、接续检测等过程,重申了DL/T832-2003等项规范的具体要求和建议,探讨了值得引起重视的有关质量控制的细节问题。

Through the review and analysis of one OPGW project constructing accident, a conclusion is drawn that the laxity in management and not keeping to the quality control standard, which cause the OPGW accident. According to several important chains of OPGW project constructing, especially the measuring to optical cable tray, the measuring to the connected points etc. , the paper reaffirms some concrete requirements and suggestions on DL/T832-2003, and some details on quality control are discussed.
