摘要
采用安琪超级高温酿酒高活性干酵母(超酒酵母)替代原高温酿酒酵母用于玉米酒精生产,通过改进工艺,在不改变原生产设备的条件下实现浓醪发酵,解决了制约产量提高的因素,产量可达到64~66t/d,每吨酒精成本下降了105元。(小凡)
Angel super high temperature resistant active dry yeast was used in the production of com alcohol instead of orginal yeast. Trial production indicated that high concentration mash fermentation had been realized with no changes of original facilities and the limiting factors to increase alcohol output had been settled (alcohol output reached 64~67 t/d and production cost reduced 105 RMB/per ton alcohol).
