摘要 国际化一直是中国白酒面临的难题,进行未来市场培育工作、建立科学的文化引导体系、加强白酒基础科学研究、发挥企业技术创新优势,将有助于中国白酒业参与国际化竞争。 Internationalization, as an inevitable challenge to China liquor-making industry, has been research objective for scholars at all times. It was generally agreed that the nurture of future market, the establishment of scientific culture system, more intensive research on liquor basic science and full play to enterprise technical innovation would be helpful for China liquor-making industry to compete with their opponents internationally.
