摘要
在分析了J2108单张纸胶印机输纸机构的基础上,提出了输纸机构气动化的设计方案,并且提出了利用PLC和相应的行程开关解决输纸机构与印刷系统同步性的具体解决方案,给出了实现输纸机构运动的PLC梯形图。
Based on the analysis of feeder structure of J2108 sigle-sheet offset, a design scheme of pneumatic feeder is provided. In the meantime, a valid method to solve the synchronizat on of feeder and printing system with PLC and the corresponding strike switch, and the relevant ladder figure was given.
