摘要
影响无菌包装机的无菌室的无菌主要因素为进入无菌室中的空气。这就需要对空气进行四级过滤,空气中直径为0.12μm以上的粒子不能进入无菌室,且拦截的效率为99.99%,达到无菌;进入无菌室的无菌空气的流型及送风量的大小也影响无菌包装机的性能,文中给出了它们的设计及计算方法,为其它的无菌包装机的设计提供参考。
The main influencing factor in aseptic packaging is the air that comes into axenic chamber. The air must be filtrated four times. The particle of airs with diameter bigger than 0. 12μm cant enter the axenic chamber. The filtration efficiency is 99.99% , and it achieves asepsis. The air's flow type and quantity that enter axenic chamber will influence the function of aseptic packaging. The ways of design and calculate for the flow type and quantity was provided. It can offer the reference for design of other aseptic packaging.
