摘要
文章结合小型胶订包本机和书本胶订工艺流程,以89C51单片机作为控制核心,采用光电耦合器TLP521输入,继电器输出,开发了无线胶订包本机的控制系统。同时在控制软件设计中,增加了运转保护、抗干扰和故障监测功能,保证了系统工作质量的稳定与可靠。
In order to meet the requirement of small bookbinder in our country, according to the art and crafts of bookbinding, making the best use of the function of the 51 series MCU, and developed the bookbinder controlled by 89C51. By using some method of hardware and software, the system can work smoothly and wonderfully.
