摘要
应用红外热成像技术于管道表面裂纹的无损检测,在对裂纹红外无损检测的试验和数值研究基础上,研究了裂纹特征提取算法,制定了裂纹重建流程,并实施了裂纹图形重建。所得结论表明方法可行,结论可信,表面裂纹形状的识别具有较高的精度。研究对于红外无损检测具有一定的工程应用价值.并提出了一条基于红外热图像的裂纹图像重建技术路线。
Infrared thermograph is applied in the non-destructive testing of crack on the pipe surface. Based on the experiment and numerical research, character pick-up of crack is studied, crack reconstruction flow is constituted, as well as crack graph reconstruction is carried out. Results obtained shows this method creditable and applicable, identification of shape of crack has high veracity. The research is of engineering application value to the infrared non-destructive testing, and a new technology route of crack graph reconstruction based on infrared graph is proposed.
