摘要
针对目前窑炉行业运行控制中普遍存在能源浪费、低效、精度差、周期长等缺点,提出了开发工业窑炉分布式控制系统;此系统建立统一窑炉控制模型,将窑炉控制整体上分割成为若干个自治系统实现对每个温区的分别单独控制;自治系统内部运行中通过严谨而又科学的数学计算与软件PID技术,实现对每一温区高效、精确的控制;系统同时具有丰富的人机对话、安全防爆警示等功能;工程实践表明,此系统为工业窑炉控制行业提供了良好的模型和方法,具有很大的实际应用价值。
A distributed control system (DCS) of industry kiln is proposed and developed to overcome disadvantages such as wasting energy sources, low efficiency, bad precision and long periods, eteon the current kiln control industry, This system puts forward a unified model for industry kiln control, and the total control of kiln divided into many autonomy systems, which can make it possible controlling of every temperature zone separately. In the inner of autonomy system, it can control every temperature zone with high efficiency and high precision by logical and scientific math computation and software PID techniques. Simultaneously, the system possesses of abundant functions such as man-machine interface, alarm against explosion. Engineering practice indicates that this system provides a good model and method for industry kiln control, and it has very powerful practical application value.
