摘要
计算器和电话机数字键盘的布局就是一个人机问题。本文通过对这一问题的研究,从实验方法学以及人机工程学的角度探讨了数字键盘布局与出错率的关系,并从人机工程方面给以论述,同时指出了人的信息处理系统的运作特点。
The compositions of numeric keyboards for the calculators and telephone sets belong to the human/machine interface theme. In this paper, the authors expatiate upon the relationship between layout of numeric keyboards and mistake - making percentage from the angles of the experimental methodology and ergonomics, and present the instructions in terms of human factors. The operational features of human in information processing system are pointed out.
