摘要
提出了一种基于USB2.0接口的指纹识别系统的设计思路,给出了系统的设计方案,并详细介绍了利用TI公司的TMS320VC54X系列DSP芯片对指纹采集芯片MBF200采集到的指纹图像数据进行图像预处理后,再通过USB2.0接口将数据传输到主机中进行显示和指纹识别的具体实现过程;该系统可靠性高,指纹图像预处理效果好,采用USB2.0接口与主机通信,数据传输速率高,大大拓宽了指纹识别系统的应用。
A scheme of designing fingerprint identification system based on USB2.0 interface is introduced. Its realization by using MBF200, TMS320VC54X and EZ-USB FX2 ICs is provided in detail. The fingerprint image data collected by MBF200 is pretreated by TMS320VC54X firstly, and then is transmitted by USB2.0 interface to host for show and fingerprint identification. The system has the characteristics of high reliability and high-speed data transfer rate.
