摘要 描述一种以TMSC6211数字处理器为核心的实时图像采集卡及工控机构成的实时视频检测系统;在对采集的图像进行预处理后,采用彩色虚拟线圈的匹配的算法来判断运动的车辆是否闯红灯,并且捕捉闯红灯的车辆运行过程;同时深入探讨DSP编程实现的问题;并且该系统以成功的运用在实际路口中。 A real-time video checking system made of high-speed image processing card with TMSC6211 as the core component, image real-time sampling card and industrial control computer is present. The pretreatments was imposed on the sampled real-time image sequence. The colorized virtual loops blocking algorithm is used to detect red lights runners and catch process of peccancy. DSP assembly programming is also deeply discussed. The system is now used successfully.
