摘要
为了研究高温条件下材料的疲劳裂纹扩展规律,对16MnR钢在25、150、300和425℃4种温度条件下的力学性能及疲劳裂纹扩展速率进行了测试与分析。试验结果表明:16MnR钢在150和300℃的疲劳裂纹扩展速率比25和425℃时低,300℃时疲劳裂纹扩展速率最低,300℃以上时随着温度的升高裂纹扩展速率增大,425℃时疲劳裂纹扩展速率最高。得出的结论为在高温条件下相类似材料的疲劳寿命评估提供了理论依据。
Mechanical properties and fatigue crack growth rates of 16MnR steel at 25 ℃, 150 ℃, 300 ℃ and 425 ℃ are tested and analyzed. Fatigue crack growth rates of 16MnR steel at elevated temperature are investigated. The result of the research shows that, the crack growth rates of 16MnR steel at 150℃ and 300℃ are lower than that at 25℃ and 425℃; the crack growth rate is lowest at 300℃, and it increases with the rise of the temperature that higher than 300 ℃ and reaches the highest at 425℃. The research provides a theoretical base for the fatigue life evaluation of similar materials at elevated temperature.
