摘要
目前国内大型中频加热弯管机大多采用机械传动,弯管进给速度选取受到限制,难以得到适宜的工艺参数,且设备造价高,生产效率和自动化程度低。为此,研制了弯管机的核心部件———摇臂回转装置。该装置采用液压系统提供动力,驱动力大,可靠性高;采用滚珠轴承式旋转支承作为回转定位元件,回转精度高;采用夹紧液压缸对大滑台工作台定位和小滑台对夹头定位,确保弯管弯曲半径的精度;采用DLY5—100A牙嵌式电磁离合器,实现摇臂驱动装置传动链的闭合与断开。现场应用表明,该设备具有结构合理、性能可靠、自动化程度高、生产效率高、易于操作等特点,生产弯管的外观质量和理化指标符合《钢制弯管》的要求。
Since the heavy-duty intermediate frequency heating pipe bender used at present has low working efficiency owing to its mechanical drive pattern, a rocker-rotator device isdeveloped as its core parts. The device adopts a hydraulic system supplying high and reliable driving force, and uses a ball bearing rotating block as rotation positioning part. In addition, a gripping hydraulic cylinder is applied for the positioning of the working surface of the large slipping table, and a tooth-inserted electromagnetic clutch is employed for the close and switching-off of the drive chain of the rocker driving device. On-site use shows that the pipe bender with the rocker-rotator device has reliable performance and high working efficiency.
