我国创业投资环境问题的探析

随着中小企业板块的推出,创业投资成为我国经济理论和实践中的一个热点问题。中国政府积极鼓励和支持创业投资的发展,然而,发展创业投资是一项复杂的、费时的系统工程,需要为之营造良好的政治、法律、经济等环境。如果创业投资环境存在问题,必将抑制甚至阻碍相关企业的进一步成长与壮大。本文对创业投资环境中存在的主要问题进行探析。

With the secondary board emerging, starting ventures and investment have become hot topics discussed in economic theory and practice. The Chinese government positively promotes and supports starting ventures and investment. Since the process of starting ventures and investment is a complex and time taking program, it needs a fair political, lawful and economic environment. Otherwise, the development of it could be hindered. This paper probes into problems that harming investment environment.
