摘要
金属酞菁作为一种气敏材料在传感领域有较好的应用前景。综述了酞菁在氧传感器领域的应用,并就酞菁对氧响应的机理,影响传感器的灵敏度、响应时间等因素进行了讨论。
Metallophthalocyanine is widely used as a gas sensing materials. The application of phthalocyanine in the field of oxygen sensor is summarized. The mechanism of the response of oxygen to phthalocyanine and the facts which influence the sensitivity and response time of sensor are discussed.
