卫星发射场加注系统架空外管线U形补偿器预紧量分析

摘要 通过测量某加注系统外管线U形补偿器宽度变化值,总结该系统所用奥氏体不锈钢和铝镁合金管材的热膨胀规律,据此推算在严寒和酷热环境中单个U形补偿器的应有补偿量,与理论计算出的该U形补偿器的最大补偿量进行比较。给出了相应的预紧建议,并推算了合理预紧量。 In this paper, through measuring a group of widths of a certain U-shape compensator of the propellant filling system's outdoor pipes, the thermodynamics expansion laws of stainless steel and aluminum-magnesium alloy tube were summarized. The compensate amount that a single U-shape compensator should provide under bitter cold and extremely hot environment conditions can be calculated. Then, the result was compared with the theoretic maximum amount. Finally, a relevant suggestion for pre-tensing was presented, and the reasonable amount of pre-tensing was estimated.
